PURPOSE: A controlling method of a refrigerant injection and operation testing apparatus of a manufactured refrigerator is provided to optimally maintain cooling and freezing performance of the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of a refrigerant injection and operation testing apparatus of a manufactured refrigerator comprises the following steps: selecting an operation mode after finishing the connection of the refrigerant injection and operation testing apparatus to the refrigerator(S100); checking if the selected operation mode is a refrigerant injection mode(S110); checking if the selected operation mode is an operation testing mode, and returning to the operation selection mode if it is not the operation testing mode(S120); operating the refrigerant injection mode for injecting a refrigerant into the refrigerator(S200); and checking the operation condition of elements when the operation testing mode is selected(S300).
