<p>The heating device comprises a first closed compartment containing an element primer and a saturated solution at a room temperature to generate an exothermic reaction when the solution undergoes a perturbation provoked by the element primer, and a second compartment having an opening to insert a cosmetic composition alone or packaged in a package in the second compartment. The first compartment is configured for recovering 80% of an outer surface defining the second compartment. Walls defining the second compartment are located in the first compartment.
