<p>The airship has tubes (1.a) containing carrying gas e.g. helium, lighter than air. The tubes are composed of parts moving with respect to each other. The parts are partially encased on each other via kinematics to define variable volume depending on geometry of the parts, where the kinematics is realized by a skin partially or even completely formed of fine and flexible metal alloy. The kinematics is obtained by motors. Kinematics of a flexible part of the metal skin is guided via a Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener).</p> |
