OF THE DISCLOSUREA sealing cap for a container includes a plastic cap (10) and a metallicplate (20) assembled to the cap (10). The central portion of the cap (10) and the plate (20) are overlapped on the open top (51) of the container (50). A seal member (30) is located between the cap (10) and the plate (20). The cap (10) includes a push member (17) so as to push the scrolled end (291) of the plate (20) to remove the plate (20) from the container (50).
