PURPOSE: An intelligent image processing system, a method thereof, and an image processing device thereof are provided to display general image data on a color LED(Light Emitting Diode) by converting image data into RGB data through software image processing and outputting the converted RGB data on the color LED. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing unit(10) generates image data by photographing a subject. A memory(40) stores a phased control value about the brightness and color of the image. An image processing unit(30) converts the image data into RGB data according to the phased control value. An LED display unit(50) outputs the RGB data.
