PURPOSE: A mobile application service provider system for providing an application in real time by using a mobile engine, a mobile engine server and a method thereof are provided to allow a mobile engine server to change only an access route even through a work program or work data is changed, thereby preventing redistribution or reinstallation. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal management server(110) develops, modifies, and manages mobile application and device information of mobile terminals(10) of each user. A customer work server(120) stores work programs and work data of each user. A mobile engine server(130) provides the stored work programs and work data to the mobile terminals of the corresponding users in real time by using a mobile engine(131).
