PURPOSE: A hot air circulating heating mat is provided to improve the efficiency of a heating operation and to ensure safety to human body by using an alarming bell generating part. CONSTITUTION: A hot air circulating heating mat includes a mat cover(110), a hot air circulating hose(120), a hot air circulating base(130), a main controlling part, a manipulating part(170), and a temperature sensor. The hot air circulating hose is arranged to circulate hot air in the mat cover. The hot air circulating base is installed at the mat cover. The manipulating part manipulates hot air circulation and heating temperatures by the hot air circulating base. The main controlling part controls the hot air circulation and the heating temperatures.
