<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-mounted barrel which prevents formation of burrs and the like at the tip end of a needle-fixing part when welding the needle to a barrel: and to provide a prefilled syringe. <P>SOLUTION: The needle-mounted barrel includes a barrel 1 formed into a cylindrical shape, and a needle 2 fixed to the barrel 1. The barrel 1 includes, at its tip end part, a cylindrical needle-fixing part 12 to which the needle 2 to be inserted into the inside of the barrel is fixed. The needle-fixing part 12 includes a welding part 12a having thermoplasticity and heated to weld the needle 2.
