<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a more natural name of a cluster using the name of a certain area. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: a cluster information acquisition portion that acquires information about a cluster into which data of positions in a feature space is grouped; a candidate area extraction portion that extracts at least one named area, which is preset in the feature space, for each of the position data items grouped into the cluster; a relatedness assessment portion which assesses relatedness between the cluster and the extracted named area; and a cluster name generation portion which generates a name of the cluster from the name of the extracted named area on the basis of the assessed relatedness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
