<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform remote connection of an external telephone terminal to an existing telephone system, as a virtual extension-line terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An RD server 14 is provided to perform data communication with the external telephone terminal 20, by the remote connection to the external telephone terminal 20 through a communication network 32 using a remote desktop function. By an extension-line hub 13 connected to an internal communication line L, call control messages are exchanged with a telephone control device 11. By relay processing of the call control messages and call control messages exchanged with the external telephone terminal 20 through the RD server 14, the external telephone terminal 20 is connected to the telephone control device 11, as a virtual extension terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
