<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that watering a plant is a monotonous job, watering is unintentionally forgotten, in the worst case, the plant withers, on the other hand, various methods are proposed as methods for confirming safety of solitary old people and, however, they are all inorganic and dull and force the life of solitary old people to have a mental burden. <P>SOLUTION: Watering is detected by a care sensor 3 and it is made as if a message is sent from the plant 1 in every watering as a method for enjoying watering. The growth of the plant 1 is observed by a growth sensor 6 (stature) and a maturity sensor 12 (color) and a message for assisting healthy growth such as watering demand is sent.
