PROCESS FOR PRODUCING HPDGF-BB USING PLEUROTUS ERYNGII

PURPOSE: A method for producing hPGF-BB(human platelet-derived growth factors) from transformed Pleurotus eryngii is provided to establish mass production system of transformed mycelium. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing hPGF-BB transformed with a vector from Pleurotus eryngii comprises: a step of constructing the vector containing a gene of hPGF-BB; a step of transforming a secretion vector into Pleurotus eryngii; a step of isolating each genome DNA and confirming transformant of the recombinant proteins by PCR or detecting gene expression of the transformant by southern blot or northern blot; and a step of isolating recombinant proteins from the transformant.
