<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that alleviates flex cracking growth of an inner liner, increases durability, further improves resistance to climate. <P>SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire 1 that includes an inner liner 9 on the inside of a carcass ply 6, the inner liner is composed of a first layer disposed on the inside of the tire and a second layer disposed to be in contact with a rubber layer of the carcass ply; wherein the first layer is a thermoplastic elastomer composition that includes: a thermoplastic elastomer containing at least one of a styrene-isobutylene-styrene block copolymer and a SIBS denatured copolymer whose styrene block portion is denatured by an acid chloride or an acid anhydride that has an unsaturated bond; and at least one of an ultraviolet absorbing agent and an antioxidant; and the second layer is a thermoplastic elastomer composition that includes at least one of a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer and a styrene-isobutylene block copolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
