<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing oxygen-enriched air by which oxygen-enriched air can be produced from air at a low cost by utilizing a magnetic field. <P>SOLUTION: Each of channel pipes 20, 20A, 20B, 20C has a pipe wall and the pipe wall is formed of a raw material which is a non-magnetic substance and through which a part of air flowing in the pipe passes the pipe wall and is discharged outside when pressure outside the channel pipes 20, 20A, 20B, 20C is lower than that of inside the channel pipes 20, 20A, 20B, 20C. Inside the channel pipes 20, 20A, 20B, 20C, the magnetic field is formed and the air is supplied into the channel pipes 20, 20A, 20B, 20C so that at least a region where air flows in a laminar flow condition is formed inside the channel pipes 20, 20A, 20B, 20C and further pressure outside the channel pipes 20, 20A, 20B, 20C is decompressed to prescribed pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
