PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing caprylyl glycol, ethyl hexyl glycerine, and Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peel extract is provided to ensure antiseptic effect without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-1.0 wt% of caprylyl glycol, 0.1-1.0 wt% of ethyl hexyl glycerine, and 0.001-10 wt% of Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peel extract. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of washing and slicing Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peels and extracting at 100-3000MPa and 40-90 Deg. C. for 5-60 minutes to prepare the extract. The method further comprises: a step of adding ethanol to the extract and refluxing for 1-5 hours 2-6 times; and a step of filtering, concentrating, or drying the extract. |
