<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a laminated steel sheet capable of sufficiently securing joining strength, and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminated steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: By carrying out partial cold forging of a first steel sheet 10 by a first steel sheet shape-imparting device, a first projecting part 14 is formed on a back side and also a through hole 56 is opened on the second projecting part 54 of a second steel sheet 50 on the back side of which the second projecting part 54 is formed, by a second steel sheet shape-imparting device for forming a connecting projection 18 projected in the same direction as the projecting direction of the first projecting part 14 from the first projecting part 14. In a state that the first projecting part 14 of the first steel sheet 10 and the second projecting part 54 of the second steel sheet 50 are joined by penetrating the connecting projection 18 through the through hole 56, the outer peripheral edge of the connecting projection 18 and the inner peripheral edge of the through hole 56 are caulked by a caulking device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
