<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device including an ND(neutral density) film containing a black matrix is provided to improve external luminous efficiency by minimizing the loss of light from an organic light emitting device to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a plurality of pixels(130), and an ND film(140) containing a black matrix. The plurality of pixels includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting layer is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The ND film containing the black matrix is arranged in a light extraction direction from the plurality of pixels. The ND film containing the black matrix is composed of a first region(141) and a second region(142). The second region includes the black matrix.
