<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap for securing a garment or article (e.g., swimming goggles) to a wearer's body. <P>SOLUTION: The strap includes a first part comprising a tensioner end including a tensioner 3 having an attachment part, and the attachment part is for attachment to the tensioner end. The strap further includes a second part 4 having indicia provided along at least a part of its length.
