<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire which can prevent the generation of air stay even if the winding number of ribbon-shaped members having reinforcing cords on a molding drum is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the pneumatic tire having a wide spiral reinforcing layer 15 wide in intervals L of the reinforcing cords 13 at prescribed intervals and being the spiral reinforcing layer 15 formed by spirally winding the ribbon-shaped members 17 formed by coating at least the parallel two reinforcing cords 13 with rubber on the molding drum, the ribbon-shaped members 17 integrated with surplus rubber layers 19 are spirally wound, without forming intervals in the molding drum 21, to at least one of both sides in parallel directions of reinforcing cords 13a, 13d which are located at the outermost side out of the reinforcing cords 13 in the ribbon-shaped members 17, and the interval L' of the adjacent reinforcing cords 13 of the ribbon-shaped members 17 which adjoin each other in the drum axial direction X is made wider than the interval L of the adjacent reinforcing cords 13 in the ribbon-shaped members 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
