<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which allows multiple information processors to execute processing to each device by distributing it between the processors, without direct transmission of information on the processing between them. <P>SOLUTION: A node generates virtual processing information in response to an instruction from a load balancer and then generates management information including a type of processing of the virtual processing information and generation time of the virtual processing information. The node registers the generated management information and the virtual processing information in a management table and a processing information table within an execution time interval determined for each type of processing of the virtual processing information starting from the current time if management information of which the type is the same as that of the virtual processing information is not registered in the management table. The node generates division processing information by dividing the virtual processing information acquired from the processing information table according to the number of nodes and registers it in the processing information table.
