PURPOSE: A liquid droplet discharging apparatus is provided to improve droplet uniformity by preventing the solidification of a discharged conductive solution and a conductive solution in a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A liquid droplet discharging apparatus forms liquid surfaces at the tip end of a discharging nozzle(120) by electrostatic force and separates liquid droplet from the liquid surfaces to be discharged. The discharging nozzle includes a first nozzle and a second nozzle. The first nozzle discharges first liquid. The second nozzle surrounds the first nozzle and discharges second liquid. The first liquid forms a first liquid surface at the tip end of the first nozzle. The second liquid forms a second liquid surface at the tip end of the second nozzle by surrounding the first liquid surface.
