摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having plural sets of a photosensor and a display element having a light-emitting element in a matrix, which is capable of having higher definition. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes photosensors and display elements having a light-emitting element, and shares a power supply line electrically connected to the display elements having a light-emitting element and a power supply line electrically connected to the photosensors. Thus, a high-definition semiconductor device can be provided without narrowing the power supply lines. As a result, the definition of the semiconductor device can be increased while securing the stability of the potential of the power supply lines; therefore, the driving voltage of the display elements having a light-emitting element can be stabilized and the driving voltage of the photosensors can be also stabilized in the high-definition semiconductor device.
