<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mounting structure of a control apparatus, which enhances the product line up and achieves high reliability against heat and noise and low cost, with one apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a control apparatus 1 is formed into a box shape having an opening at an upper surface side and includes: a housing frame 3 forming an outer frame on which internal mounting devices 2, 4, 5, 6 and 12 or 15 are mounted; an internal mounting device 13 or 14 mounted by retrofitting metal fittings and printed boards; and a cooling air channel efficiently cooling an HDD, a CPU, which are high heat generating components, with an outer air intake fan 8.
