Disclosed are a non-uniform-distribution pretightening-force-controllable high-speed main shaft based on regulation and control of a hydraulic system and a control method thereof, comprising a main shaft (l). A rolling bearing (3) is mounted on the periphery of the main shaft (l), a hydraulic regulation and control pretightening force system is mounted on the rolling bearing (3) located at the front end of the main shaft, and the hydraulic regulation and control pretightening force system performs regulation and control through a regulation and control apparatus. The hydraulic regulation and control pretightening force system comprises a hydraulic actuating sleeve (8) acting on the periphery of the rolling bearing, and an end cover (4) mounted at the periphery of the hydraulic actuating sleeve (8) and forming a closed a hydraulic oil chamber (5)with the hydraulic actuating sleeve. A temperature sensor (9) is mounted on the hydraulic actuating sleeve, and the regulation and control apparatus adjusts the pretightening force of the rolling bearing according to a signal detected by the temperature sensor (9). The high-performance high-speed main shaft under different working conditions is obtained by performing precise pretightening force regulation and control on different regulation and control points of the outer ring of the bearing under different temperatures, and closed-loop on-line regulation and control on the non-uniformly distributed pretightening force of the supporting bearing of the main shaft.
