FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of artificial insemination of mammals. Device of insemination includes delivery insert with controlled/delayed release for artificial insemination of mammals, and insert includes metabolite-containing carrier and is adapted for staying inside device for insemination during storage, but is made with possibility of its mobilisation and bringing into female genital tract (uterus) in insemination medium at the moment of insemination. Carrier contains polymer, adapted for delivery of metabolite into the insemination place in order to facilitate mobility, movement ahead and capacitation of spermatozoids in sperm.
