FIELD: instrument making.SUBSTANCE: tongue and groove connection comprises a tongue and groove ledge and a tongue and groove grip made of rolled profiles. The tongue and groove grip is made as welded from two rolled profiles, every of which has a cross section in the form of a letter F, in which the lower transverse shelf is longer than the upper transverse shelf and is rounded along the radius. The specified rolled profiles face each other in a mirrorlike manner with shelves and are welded with lower shelves in a butt joint with provision of a preset gap between upper shelves, and such gap is adjusted depending on soil properties by means of rotation of the specified profiles relative to the line of welded shelves jointing.EFFECT: higher manufacturability of profiles making, reduced material intensity, higher strength of tongue and groove connection grip, provision of connection tightness.3 dwg |
