FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment and may be used in biotechnologies, agriculture, medicine etc. Initial water volume is compressed in pipeline at 9-25 MPa, water flow compressed in pipeline is processed by vibrations at the rate of 0.1-1000 Hz and swirled at 10-15 m/s. Then, it is cavitated and activated along activator flow channel axis. Said activator is located between swirler and intake tank. Processed water is discharged in circulation tank at pressure drop to 0.6 MPa. Water activator comprises vibrator 3 connected with water flow swirler 5 and circulation tank 1 connected to vibrator assembly.
