<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower-cost information processing method for controlling precharge operation of a DRAM by a bus master, thereby improving an access speed to the DRAM. <P>SOLUTION: After access to a first address and before access to a second address, it is determined whether precharge operation in a DRAM is necessary or not. When it is determined that the precharge operation is not necessary, a command specifying that auto-precharge is not performed after the access to the first address is transmitted to a memory controller, and when it is determined that the precharge operation is necessary, a command specifying that the auto-precharge is performed after the access to the first address is transmitted to the memory controller, both transmissions using a signal representing the kind of burst access required to the memory controller by a bus master. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
