FOOD MATERIAL RETRIEVAL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material retrieval system which allows a user to purchase food materials with excellent nutrition balance while eliminating time and labor in shopping.

SOLUTION: A food material retrieval screen 20a displayed on a display screen 1a of a user terminal 1 has a food material retrieval operation column 21 on which a color selection column 22 with an array of color areas 22a-22e indicating the color of a food material and a nutrient selection column 23 with an array of nutrient areas 23a-23e indicating the nutrient of a food material are arranged close to each other. When selecting a food material color and a food material nutrient from the color selection column 22 and the nutrient selection column 23 respectively by using an operation bar 24 which can be operated movably in the array direction, a server retrieves food materials having the color and the nutrient, and an array of a food material area 26 composed of images of the food materials of the retrieval result is displayed on a food material array display column 25. By performing a touch operation on a purchase instruction button 26c of a desired food material in the food material area 26, the food material is put in a shopping cart.
