It is a bathroom assembly system, wherein the bathroom comprises water supply and evacuation facilities (2, 3, 4, 5,6) and a plurality of sanitary appliances (9, 10, 11, 12), wherein said water and evacuation facilities (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are modular and fixed to the bathroom walls. Said water supply and evacuation facilities (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) are fixed to the bathroom walls, preferably by means of brackets (1). It considerably reduces the cost of installing or refurbishing a bathroom and also allows full customisation of bathroom design and layout, adapting it to the existing bathroom prior to refurbishment or to the user's preferences.
