FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to simultaneous plastic forming of gear wheel outer and inner surfaces. Workpiece is displaced by surface plastic forming device. Note here that said device comprises mandrel, forming ring with inner surface shape complying with Workpiece outer shape, hydraulic cylinder, and mechanical pulse generator with hammer and waveguide. Forming ring is secured on machine bearing plate to revolve about lengthwise axis. Mandrel is arranged on machine tool bearing plate to reciprocate thereon.
