<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small winding device which allows smooth removal and recovery of a label that is designated to be removed among labeled tapes, and thus contributes to quality stabilization and productivity improvement. <P>SOLUTION: The small winding device is equipped with: a first engaging body 2 and a second engaging body 3 that are separated and contact with a tape back surface 1TB side in one area of a labeled tape 1 delivered from a rolled material G; a bending means 4 by which a pressing body 41 approaching a tape surface 1TS side of a belt-like part 10 related to the labeled tape between the engaging bodies 2, 3 is connected to an actuator 45, and the belt-like part 10 is pushed and bent to the tape back surface 1TB side by actuation of the actuator 45; and a suction means 5 which has a suction roller 5a provided with a suction hole 50 on the roller tube circumferential surface 51, and causes a label 1L of a bent part 10k of the belt-like part 10 formed around the first engaging body 2 to be sucked and shifted to the roller tube circumferential surface 51 side by the suction hole 50 as a roller tube circumferential surface 51 approaches the tape surface 1TS side, in a border region 16 between the belt-like part 10 and an upstream side labeled tape 1A and the labeled tape 1 delivered from the rolled material G is wound around a paper tube f. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
