PURPOSE: A water purifier and a driving method of the same are provided to efficiently drain hot water by draining hot water through a cooling coil through the draining path of a cool water bath module. CONSTITUTION: A water purifier includes a water purifying unit(2), a purified water draining path(20), a hot water bath module(4), a hot water draining path(34), a cool water bath module(6), a cool water draining path(48), and a hot water supplying path(60). The water purifying unit drains water through the purified water draining path. The hot water bath module is connected to the purified water path and hot purified water path. Water through the purified water path is heated by the hot water bath module and is drained through the hot water supplying path. The cool water bath module includes a cooling coil(40) and a cool water bath(42). The cooling coil is connected to a purified water draining path and a first purified water path for cool water. The cool water bath is connected to the purified water draining path and a second purified water path for cool water. Water through the second purified water path for cool water is heat exchanged with the cooling oil.
