<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a porous hollow fiber membrane, capable of stably and continuously obtaining the high quality porous hollow fiber membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the porous hollow fiber membrane includes: a spinning and coagulating step for forming a porous hollow fiber membrane precursor M' by continuously supplying a film-forming raw liquid A containing a film-forming resin and a hole opener and a hollow reinforcing supporter B to a spinning nozzle 16, coating the film-forming raw liquid A on the outside of the reinforcing supporter B by the spinning nozzle 16, and coagulating the same; and a removing step for forming the porous hollow fiber membrane by removing the hole opener from the porous hollow fiber membrane precursor M', wherein the method is characterized in that the tension of the reinforcing supporter B supplied to the spinning nozzle 16 is 20 to 90 g/spindle. The apparatus 1 for manufacturing the porous hollow fiber membrane has the nozzle 16, a coagulating means 20 for forming the porous hollow fiber membrane precursor M' by coagulating the film-forming raw liquid A, and a tension control means 18 for controlling the tension of the reinforcing supporter B supplied to the spinning nozzle 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
