<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a seat body from swinging to the sitting attitude from the folding attitude not to make the seat body largely shaky when making the infant not to seat the seat body. <P>SOLUTION: An abutted part 31 is provided at a lower part of a support shaft 29 of a seat support part 6. At a front end side of a seat part 2, an abutment part 32 which is brought into abutment with the abutted part 31 from back side when the seat body 4 becomes a sitting attitude X, and stops downward swinging of the seat body 4 around the support shaft 29 is provided. A regulating body 39 which is brought into abutment with the abutted part 31, before the abutment part 32 is brought into abutment with the abutted part 31 and regulates so that the seat body 4 does not swing to the sitting attitude X from the folding attitude Y, is provided at a seat 2 side.
