CHEST FREEZER USING PLASTIC INNER CONTAINER AND PLASTIC INNER CONTAINER MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF

A chest freezer using a plastic inner container, comprising a freezer body and an inner container, wherein the inner container is a suction molded plastic inner container (2); and four different modes can be used to match the plastic inner container (2) with a freezer opening frame (1) to inlay the plastic inner container (2) in the freezer body. The plastic inner container manufacturing process of the chest freezer uses a suction molded method; different thicknesses of plates are selected correspondingly according to the different inner container depths of the chest freezer. Using the chest freezer and inner container manufacturing process thereof can improve the appearance of the freezer body and reduce manufacturing cost.
