PURPOSE: An aluminum heat exchanger manufacturing method is provided to enhance a heat transfer effect by a thermoelectric element and to prevent damage of the thermoelectric element caused by dew condensation because the thermoelectric element consecutively plating nickel and copper is included in one side of a heat exchanger body which four sides are insulating coated. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum heat exchanger manufacturing method comprises; a step(110) for assembling an aluminum heat exchanger by joining an inner partitioning wall(11) to one side of one heat exchanger between upper and lower exchangers which is brazing-joined, a step(120) for nickel chemical plating on an inner wall of the aluminum heat exchanger by injecting a nickel plating solution into the inside of the aluminum heat exchanger.
