PURPOSE: A guard fence for a vehicle is provided to effectively absorb shock applied to a vehicle in a vehicle collision and to reduce installation costs by not requiring a vehicle separation preventing member and a shock absorbing member. CONSTITUTION: A guard fence for a vehicle comprises multiple posts(100), guide members(200A,200B) with a shock absorbing function, and fixing units(300). The posts are installed along a road side. The guide members are horizontally coupled to the posts. Each guide member comprises a pipe portion, a shock absorbing rib frame portion, and a joint portion. The shock absorbing rib frame portion is formed inside the pipe portion and comprises multiple inclined ribs connected to each other. The joint portion is connected to the pipe portion and is coupled to the post. The fixing units fix the guide members to the posts.
