A SYSTEM FOR GENERATING ROAD LAYER USING CONTINUITY ANALYSIS OF GROUND DATA

PURPOSE: A system which obtains a road layer by using continuity search of surface data is provided to efficiently classify ground data and non-ground data through filtering of aviation laser measurement data. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional space information generation unit(340) extracts road board information from digital map data stored in a database unit. The three-dimensional space information generation unit generates surface areas by extracting road boundary points from the final ground data. The three-dimensional space information generation unit groups the surface area based on edge length between surface areas. The three-dimensional space information generation unit generates three-dimensional road data by using the road boundary information.
