PURPOSE: An object unit-based learning content management system and a method thereof are provided to implement the reuse and search of a unit object and learning sources by storing the unit object and the learning sources by separating the unit object and the learning sources. CONSTITUTION: A content receiving unit(31) receives learning contents. A content storage unit(32) divides the learning contents and a unit object and learning sources. The content storage unit stores link data of the unit object in the learning contents. The contents storage unit stores the link data in the unit object. A content search unit(33) searches the learning contents and a unit object unit for the learning contents and the unit object.
