Method for producing a plant growth supplement that contains only free L amino-acids of plant origin, using only plant origin raw materials rich in maize and wheat protein, as well as soya flour, all placed in the reactor simultaneously with no prior treatment along with hydrochloric acid and water, at a temperature of 106°-114° Celsius, under pressure of 3.5-4.5 atm for a time period of 16-20 hours. The proteins provide a solution containing 16 free L amino-acids. The physical state of the product is liquid with a density of 1.2 g / ml, brown in colour with the characteristic odour of the process of protein hydrolysis. The product is used as a universal plant growth supplement (fertilizer).
