ALUMINUM POLYMER CAPACITOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An aluminum polymer capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the leakage current and withstand voltage characteristics of the aluminum polymer capacitor by injecting moisture into a unit component of the aluminum polymer capacitor. CONSTITUTION: An insulating pad(300) is located on the bottom of an aluminum case(200). A capacitor element(100) is located on the insulating pad. The capacitor element includes aluminum anodic fabric foil(110), an insulating paper(120), and aluminum cathodic fabric foil(130). A sealing rubber(400) seals the aluminum case. Leads(140,150) for external withdraw are located on the cathodic fabric foil.
