PURPOSE: An electricity distributing system is provided to improve stability on electricity accident, electricity saving, fire, and short. CONSTITUTION: An electricity distributing system comprises a meter(110), a circuit breaker(120), and a socket(130). The meter is connected to a neutral line and a heart line and comprises a common terminal for the neutral line. The circuit breaker comprises a connection line which replaces a switch for the neutral line and comprises only a switch for the heart line. The socket blocks the reverse connection of the heart line and neutral line.
