PURPOSE: A system for providing a PSI(Predictive Sales Income) of a new store is provided to more efficiently manage the new store by checking the PSI of the new store before opening the store. CONSTITUTION: A new store PSI provision control module(101) controls a new store PSI calculation and provision process. A new store base information acquisition module(105) acquires base information of a specific store designated by the person related to the new store. A new store PSI calculation module(106) calculates PSI corresponding to the base information by comparing decoding result of the base information with a pre-designated PSI calculation reference index. A new store PSI report data providing module(110) decodes the calculated PSI. The new store PSI report data providing module generates new store PSI report data to which the decoded PSI is applied.
