PURPOSE: A concrete bed drilling apparatus and a construction method thereof are provided to smoothly supply water during drilling through a water tank installed at the top and improve construction efficiency by the weight of the water tank. CONSTITUTION: A concrete bed drilling apparatus(A) comprises a trolley(100), a table(200), and a drilling machine(300). The trolley is formed in a square frame shape composed of three parts. The table is made out of a square steel sheet fixed to both sides of the trolley with bolts(112), and the shape of the table can vary according to the position and number of drilled holes. The drilling machine is fixed to the table.
