PURPOSE: An expanded polystyrene foam exterior material forming method is provided to block pores by melting one surface layer of molded products. CONSTITUTION: An expanded polystyrene foam exterior material forming method comprises the following steps: steam passes through a mold(100) including foam particles in a direction of gravity to form a heating atmosphere in a mold; steam is injected to a fixed mold(110) of the mold and passes foam particles of the mold and is ejected through an exhaust port of a moveable mold(120); steam is ejected through the exhaust port of the fixed mold after the steam is injected into the movable mold and passes the foam particles of the mold; the molded products are pressurized without ejecting inflowed steam; and the steam is ejected through the exhaust port of the fixed mold after being contacted with one surface of the molded products(200).
