PURPOSE: A radiation sterilizing method of skin regeneration organization or ligament renewal tissue is provided to prevent transformation or degradation of physical properties of skin or ligament transplant material. CONSTITUTION: A radiation sterilizing method of skin regeneration organization or ligament renewal tissue comprises the following steps: adding polyglutamic acid to a transplant material; and suppressing transformation of the physical properties of skin or ligament transplant material by irradiating radiation. The radiation irradiation uses one of gamma-ray, electron beam and X-ray at the absorption dose of 1-100kGy. The skin transplant material is allogenic skin transplant material or heterodermic skin transplant material. The ligament transplant material is allogenic ligament transplant material or different kind ligament transplant material.
