PURPOSE: A download display processing system and a method, while downloading a program selected by user, flexibly provides download screen by hiding downloading status of the program. CONSTITUTION: A download requester(110) receives download information about program list from server(200); by synchronizing user's selection. A downloader(120) downloads a program from the server which corresponds to identified file ID by the selection. If the first exposed information in the download information is deactivated, the downloader hides download status of the program. If there is more than one identified file ID, the downloader downloads the program corresponding to file ID from server; and indicates download status of program that activates the first exposure information.
