PURPOSE: An image update drawing system according to GIS(geographic information system) based new data is provided to rapidly measure reference point and an auxiliary point. CONSTITUTION: An image update drawing system according to GIS based new data comprises a position setting part(100), a wireless measuring part(200), and a central processing part(300). The position setting part establishes a reference point of topography to be measured. The wireless measuring part measures the topography to be measured. The central processing part processes measured data.
