PURPOSE: An earpick with a rotary cotton bud is provided to enable a user to clean his or her ear without hurting the inside of the ear. CONSTITUTION: An earpick with a rotary cotton bud comprises a main body(110), a power unit which rotates a cotton bud in the main body, a fixture(120) for fixing the cotton bud, the cotton bud(130), and a power source for providing energy to the power unit. The fixture helps the cotton bud stand upright while the cotton bud rotates.
